We would conduct a Needs Assessment where we will establish your budget and project requirements. (initially at our showroom in Te Rapa, then onsite)
Depending on the scale of the project; if programming is required our in house programming team will create our own set of designs and write custom drivers so your audio visual devices and User Interfaces are intuitive and user friendly
We then set assemble and test in our testing facility so everything is primed for a smooth installation to minimise onsite delays
Testing – Our CEDIA trained technicians will test the entire system to ensure that it meets the manufactures specifications and operates as it was designed to and once you are totally satisfied and have signed the project off we will give you and your staff a full tutorial on how to use etc
Warranty –The Listening Post fully stands behind our work and offer a twelve month warranty from the time of installation even when the manufactures call for a shorter duration.
